Serves:

Ingredients: 

  • 1-2 Fresh english cucumbers 

  • 1/2 liter of Kefir (fermented milk and kefir grains, a type of yeast/bacterial colony)

  • 3 cups of plain yogurt (any)

  • 1/2 liter of sparkling mineral water 

  • 1 bunch parsley 

  • 1 bunch mint leaves 

  • Salt 

  • Honey (optional)

Steps: 

  1. Peel and remove seeds from cucumber 

  2. Chop cucumbers, parsley and mint leaves 

  3. Mix kefir (or yogurt) with sparkling water (or water) and salt to taste

  4. Either blend in the greens or leave on the side

  5. Chill before serving
